- Oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance across mining operations
- Drive cost control, capital expenditure monitoring, and cash flow management
- Provide strategic input to senior leadership and operational teams
- Manage audits, risk assessments, and internal controls
- Lead and mentor finance staff to ensure high performance and professional development
Experience and Skills Required:
- Qualified CA(SA)
- 10 years post-articles experience in the mining/manufacturing industry
- Operational experience
- MUST be able to speak Afrikaans
- Cost control culture
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Must be able to connect with finance with operations
- Strong personality
