Guest Services & HospitalityGreet guests upon arrival and offer a warm, personalized welcome.Unpack and pack guest luggage as requested.Provide personalized services such as wake-up calls, newspaper delivery, or special requests.Maintain a professional and discreet presence at all times.Anticipate guests’ needs and preferences, offering tailored services.Room Preparation & In-Room ServiceEnsure guest rooms and suites are impeccably presented prior to guest arrival.Set up in-room dining, turn-down service, and other personalized amenities.Stock minibar, refresh linen, and manage wardrobe services such as ironing, laundry, and shoe shining.Food and Beverage AssistanceServe meals, snacks, or beverages in rooms, lounges, or private dining areas.Liaise with the chef or kitchen team to accommodate special dietary requirements or preferences.Provide wine service or tea/coffee preparation as required.Coordination and Concierge ServicesArrange transport, spa treatments, restaurant reservations, excursions, and activities.Provide local knowledge and insider tips for sightseeing or shopping.Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experience.Operational DutiesMaintain detailed logs of guest preferences and special requests for future stays.Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards in all guest areas.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Report maintenance issues or guest complaints to management promptly. Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
• Formal Butler training or qualification in hospitality (advantageous).
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Butler, Personal Assistant, or Guest Liaison in a luxury hotel, boutique hotel, or private estate.
