We are seeking an experienced and driven Retail and Merchandising Manager with a strong background in warehousing and procurement to oversee and streamline stock control, buying processes, and merchandising within a luxury lodge or high-end hospitality setting.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily retail operations across lodge curio shops or retail outlets.Manage merchandising standards to align with brand image and seasonal trends.Forecast stock needs and coordinate timely procurement.Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and local artisans.Manage warehouse functions including receiving, storage, and inventory control.Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure systems are accurately updated.Work with lodge management to curate retail offerings suited to guest preferences.Manage budgets, purchasing cycles, and retail pricing strategies.Train and oversee shop staff, ensuring excellent customer service.Requirements:
