Core Purpose List, market and close property sales and rentals while delivering a superior client experience and protecting the RYX brand. Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing Sales:
Conduct listings presentations, property valuations (with our tools), showings & negotiations.
Manage buyer/tenant pipelines from viewing to offer to handover.
Marketing Execution:
Ensure top-quality listings (photos, descriptions, compliance docs) reach portals fast. o Run social media promotions (templates supplied) and manage own prospecting efforts.
Compliance & Admin:
Use CRM properly; keep deal files complete & up to date.
Ensure FICA, mandates, OTP/Lease docs are correct (we provide checklists & support).
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain regular feedback loops with sellers/landlords and buyers/tenants. o Request reviews/referrals; build personal brand under RYX umbrella. Must-Have Skill Set (even without NQF4)
Sales DNA:
Proven ability to close deals, negotiate win-wins, handle objections. Professionalism & Presentation: Well-spoken, punctual, neat, confident with clients.
Tech Comfortable: Can work in CRM, WhatsApp Business, basic Excel/Google Sheets, and portal back-ends.
Time & Self-Management: Can structure own day, hit activity targets without micro management.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Genuinely cares about solving client problems, not just chasing commission. Nice-to-Haves
Existing buyer/landlord network or farming area.
Experience on property portals and basic photo/video skills.
Own reliable transport, smartphone, laptop (non-negotiable but recruitment can pre qualify). KPIs / Success Measures • Mandates signed, offers concluded, deals registered/leases signed per month. • List-to-sale days, average commission per deal.
Client feedback scores, review volume.
CRM hygiene (no missing data, timely updates).
Requirements:
- Property Rental Experience: 3 to 4 years
