Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute maintenance schedules for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems Supervise and train a small team of maintenance staff Ensure all guest-facing and operational areas are maintained to luxury standards Conduct regular inspections and promptly resolve issues Manage service contractors and suppliers Uphold health and safety regulations Requirements:
Minimum 4 years' maintenance management experience, in a lodge or hotel environment Trade qualification in electrical, plumbing, or related field preferred Strong knowledge of general building systems and infrastructure Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with excellent planning skills Comfortable working in remote bush settings Valid drivers license essential
