Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Performance
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed new vehicle sales targets Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and support to ensure consistent results Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to deliver a premium customer experience Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training in luxury sales techniques and product knowledge Recruit and onboard high-calibre sales professionals aligned with the dealerships values and brand expectations Premium Customer Experience
Ensure the sales process is executed with precision, discretion, and attention to detail Handle high-value clients and escalated concerns with professionalism and care Foster a culture of excellence in customer service, ensuring every client interaction reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand Brand & Product Expertise
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz product range, including new releases, features, and innovations Ensure the team is well-versed in brand values and product positioning Represent the dealership at brand events, launches, and client functions Operational & Financial Oversight
Manage departmental budgets, expenses, and profitability targets Oversee accurate processing of sales documentation and compliance with legal and manufacturer requirements Collaborate with finance, service, and marketing departments to ensure a seamless customer journey Showroom & Presentation Standards
Maintain a premium showroom environment that reflects the luxury brand image Ensure vehicles are presented to the highest standard and that the customer journey is curated and consistent Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the premium or luxury automotive sector Strong leadership background with a track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performing teams Valid drivers license and reliable transport Automotive Industry experience Essential!! Preferred Skills & Attributes:
A passion for luxury vehicles and the Mercedes-Benz brand Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills High emotional intelligence and the ability to engage with discerning clientele Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
