We are seeking a stylish, guest-focused and sales-driven Boutique & Gallery Assistant to join the team at a prestigious 5-star game lodge. This is a live-in role suited to someone with a passion for luxury retail, African art and design, and exceptional guest interaction.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and engage guests in the boutique and gallery spaceDrive boutique sales through personalised service and upsellingMaintain stock levels, displays, and merchandising standardsProcess sales transactions accurately and efficientlyAssist with stock takes, reporting and supplier coordinationStay up to date on product knowledge, including local art and artisanal productsEnsure the boutique and gallery are always clean, elegant, and inviting

Requirements:

• Previous luxury retail or boutique lodge sales experience
• Passion for design, fashion, and African crafts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and personal presentation
• Fluent in English (Afrikaans or other languages a plus)
• POS and inventory management experience advantageous
• Willingness to work flexible lodge hours, weekends, and holidays
