Responsibilities:Manage appointments, communication, and filing systems Handle general administrative and secretarial tasks Draft correspondence and assist with legal documentation Prepare for meetings and court-related deadlines Liaise with clients, counsel, and court personnel Support attorneys and staff to ensure smooth office operations Requirements:
Matric (post-matric legal/admin qualification beneficial) Excellent written and verbal English skills Proficiency in Google Workspace, CaseLines & Court Online Previous legal secretarial experience in Family Law & Civil Litigation and or Debt Collection Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills Professional communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with legal processes and terminology advantageous Experience or exposure to the firms areas of practice is highly beneficial
