We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as a New Business Sales (Sales Representative) for an established company based in the Lonehill area in Sandton. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting cold calls, qualifying prospects, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will work closely with the General Manager to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.Key requirements:
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong value system (respectful, punctual, honest, integrity)
- Self-motivated (being motivated by money / or prestige are very usable traits in this role)
- Excellent communicator (articulate, well spoken, good listener)
- Self-Confident but humble (not arrogant)
- Someone who will take responsibility for the generation of sales with or without leads, owning their role and chasing a target with vigour and determination.
- Intelligent (Quick Thinker)
- Energetic & Enthusiastic
- Consummate professional (dress/grooming/manners)
- Approachable Personality, not abrasive or overly eccentric
- Commercial acumen
- Coachable, adaptable, open to feedback

- Able to qualify prospects and spark an interest

- Comfortable to make 50+ sales calls in a day and use CRM system for tracking
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Generating new business leads through cold calling and networking
- Qualifying prospects and identifying business opportunities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets
- Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
