Are you an experienced compliance professional with a passion for driving operational excellence? A leading manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ISO Compliance Officer to oversee and maintain ISO standards across their operations.
In this role, you will:
Responsibilities:

Implement, audit, and improve ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure full regulatory and industry compliance
-
Identify gaps and recommend improvements to existing processes and documentation
-
Drive a culture of continuous improvement across departments
-
Stay up to date with relevant legislation and standard changes
-
Maintain and improve the company’s ISO compliance across quality, environmental, and health & safety systems
-
Plan and conduct internal audits, manage external audits, and ensure timely closure of non-conformances
-
Develop and deliver ISO-related training to staff across departments
-
Monitor regulatory changes and recommend appropriate adjustments to management systems
Minimum Requirement:
-
Degree/Diploma in Food Science or similar
- 3+ years in FMCG or Food Manufacturing
-
Proven experience working with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
-
Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to lead audits and drive corrective/preventative actions
