Design and implement process optimization plans that align with organizational goals.

Support and train engineering teams on industry best practices and standards.

Collaborate across departments to coordinate and execute process enhancement initiatives.

Track and evaluate key performance indicators, initiating corrective actions as needed.

Investigate and recommend emerging technologies and innovations relevant to the sector.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s advantageous).

At least 8 years of experience in an industrial engineering role within plastics manufacturing.

Strong background in process improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Proficiency in CAD tools and Microsoft Office applications.
