Description:
Duties :
Assist in preparing tender and contract documentation, including bills of quantities.
Support in cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and gather data for valuations.
Assist with measuring quantities from drawings and on-site for valuations and cost reporting.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
Support in monitoring project costs and variations.
Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations.
Provide administrative support to the senior quantity surveying team.
Qualifications Required:
BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
2 - 3 years of relevant experience in construction or quantity surveying.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license (preferred).
