Description:
New franchised 300 seater restaurant opening in Val de Vie in September looking for young and vibrant kitchen manager / chef to take lead of all BOH duties listed but not limited to below :
- product quality and recipe compliance
- health and safety and hygiene protocols
- menu adherence and appearance of dishes
- menu development and costings
- food cost management and GPs
- leadership of kitchen staff and accountability
- equipment maintenance
- running of functions and events / banqueting
Relevant experience required and contactable references
