Creditor & Admin Assistant (5+ Years Experience)A self-managed sectional title Body Corporate in uMhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal, is looking for a skilled and dedicated Creditor & Admin Assistant. This is a pivotal role requiring a blend of strong financial administration and comprehensive operational support.
Responsibilities:
Full function creditor management (invoicing, payments, reconciliation).
Petty cash control and reconciliation.
Assistance with year-end audit preparation, fixed assets, and Levy Stabilisation Fund.
Debtor follow-up and customer account queries.
Maintenance of various registers (units, residents, vehicles, staff).
Resident communication, notices, and insurance claim assistance.
General administrative and HR support.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Creditor and Admin role.
Excellent communication, organisational, and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
