This is a fully onsite role, ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of financial operations.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the full finance function, including reporting, financial planning, and compliance Lead a finance team of 810 members, fostering collaboration and accountability Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, and variance reports Drive the preparation of annual financial statements in line with IFRS Perform detailed financial analysis and scenario planning Mitigate financial risk and maintain robust internal controls Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end reporting Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making Education & Experience Requirements:
Completed SAICA articles Minimum 35 years post-articles experience in a Financial Management role Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment will be advantageous Strong working knowledge of SAGE Evolution is essential Proven experience in financial reporting, planning, and risk management Strong leadership and team management capabilities
