Job Overview:
The company is looking to appoint a skilled and reliable Extruder Machine Operator to join their production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of the extrusion machinery, ensuring consistent product quality and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and maintain extrusion machines in line with production standards.
Set up and adjust machine settings (temperature, speed, pressure, etc.).
Conduct routine checks to ensure product specifications are met.
Troubleshoot minor machine faults and escalate technical issues when necessary.
Perform quality control on output to identify defects or inconsistencies.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
Prior experience operating an extruder machine (in any industry) is advantageous.
