Description:
Essential:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) or Project Management. 10+ years in large-scale industrial or energy infrastructure projects. Proven experience in renewable energy, chemical, or hydrogen/ammonia plant development. Strong understanding of EPC/EPCM delivery models.Preferred:
Direct involvement in green ammonia or hydrogen projects. Familiarity with South African permitting and environmental regulations. Experience with international and multicultural teams. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and engineering software (AutoCAD).Core Competencies:
Strategic leadership and decision-making. Financial acumen and cost control. Technical integration and process optimization. Stakeholder management and communication. Risk and compliance oversight.
