Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of field guides and trackers Conduct exceptional game drives and bush walks for guests Ensure all guiding activities meet the lodges luxury service standards Coordinate scheduling, training, and performance of guiding staff Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance and readiness Liaise with lodge management on guest experience and bush activities Requirements:
FGASA Level 2 (or higher) with Lead Trails Guide qualification Valid ARH, PDP, First Aid Level 1 Minimum 4-5 years experience as a guide, with leadership exposure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Deep knowledge of flora, fauna, and conservation ethics Well-groomed, professional, and guest-focused
