Marketing Coordination
Manage and update all company social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) Plan, implement, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns Create and schedule engaging content in line with brand strategy Assist with the design and distribution of marketing materials (digital and print) Maintain and update marketing databases and contact listsEvent & Travel Coordination
Coordinate and attend trade shows and exhibitions as a company representative Organize and manage logistics for trade shows and marketing events (travel, setup, stock, etc.) Arrange company functions and client events (venues, invitations, catering, etc.) Book flights, accommodation, and transport for staff and management Handle visa applications and necessary travel documentationAdministration & PA Duties
Provide executive-level personal assistant support to management Maintain diaries, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence Ensure accurate filing and document control Assist with general office administrative tasks as required
