Minimum requirements:Accredited and certified with a recognised institute (ICB) Minimum 5 years experience working in a law firm Proficient in EMP201, EMP501 and IRP5 submissions using EasyFile Experience with WCC COIDA return of earnings and Department of Labour compliance Bi-monthly VAT calculations and submissions on eFiling
Trust account management and transfers Fidelity Fund and Legal Practice Council trust audit refunds Working knowledge of Legalsuite Provisional tax calculations Preparation of management accounts and partner splits GoAML reporting for FICA purposes Business account management and fund transfers Administration of investment accounts Processing creditors invoices and reconciliations including advocates Assisting with debtors and invoicing when required
