Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management of utility-related installations and upgrades (steam, water, compressed air, cooling systems, etc.)
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction
- Ensure all utility systems comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Report project progress to senior stakeholders and manage project risks proactively
- Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality, timelines, and costs are controlled
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years' experience in project management within utilities or processing environments
- Strong knowledge of utility systems including HVAC, water treatment, boilers, and compressors
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working within highly regulated industries (e.g., food, pharma, chemical) advantageous
- PMP or relevant project management certification preferred
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to sites when required
