Description:
Job Purpose:The Senior Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative duties, customer communications, sales reporting, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, internal departments, and sales personnel. This role also assists in driving sales initiatives, improving processes, and mentoring junior sales staff
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the full sales cycle – from lead generation to after-sales support.
Act as a liaison between sales representatives and other internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, finance).
Handle client communication, including quotations, order confirmations, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update CRM systems and sales records accurately.
Prepare and analyze regular sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts for senior management.
Track and expedite orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Assist in the preparation and execution of sales campaigns, trade shows, and customer visits.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contract terms.
Mentor and guide junior sales coordinators and administrative staff.
Resolve customer issues or escalate where appropriate.
Monitor competitor activity and provide relevant market feedback.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in managing client relationships and supporting sales teams.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to analyze sales metrics and trends.
