A career opportunity exists at REINHARDT TRANSPORT GROUP – BM Hauliers, HEIDELBERG for the position of:

ADMIN – ADMINISTRATOR (Temporary)

Provide administrative support, ensure smooth operation of the office and maintain a high level of organisation and efficiency.

Job Summary : (not limited to)


  • Administrative: Perform various administrative tasks i.e. answering of telephone calls, responding to emails and greet visitors.
  • Assist other departments with various administrative tasks when necessary.
  • Data Capturing: Accurate and efficiently enter data onto company systems and maintain up to date records and data base were necessary.
  • Document Management: Maintain and update company documentation.

Requirement:


  • Matric
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in an administrative function (Previous experience in a logistics or transportation environment will be an added advantage)
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Be able to work well under pressure
