ADMIN – ADMINISTRATOR (Temporary)
Provide administrative support, ensure smooth operation of the office and maintain a high level of organisation and efficiency.
Job Summary : (not limited to)
- Administrative: Perform various administrative tasks i.e. answering of telephone calls, responding to emails and greet visitors.
- Assist other departments with various administrative tasks when necessary.
- Data Capturing: Accurate and efficiently enter data onto company systems and maintain up to date records and data base were necessary.
- Document Management: Maintain and update company documentation.
Requirement:
- Matric
- Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in an administrative function (Previous experience in a logistics or transportation environment will be an added advantage)
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail
- Be able to work well under pressure
