Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all branch operations including production, logistics, sales, and administration.
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

- Financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, or Operations Management.
