A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop its sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing key customer relationships, and aligning sales strategies with broader business goals. Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in a sales management role within the manufacturing sector. Minimum Requirements:- At least 5 years’ experience in a sales management role in manufacturing (corrugated industry experience is beneficial but not required)
- Proven track record in sales leadership and meeting revenue targets
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing (advantageous)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in the corrugated industry is advantageous
