Job Description:Process local supplier invoices daily and ensure all documentation is SARS-compliant
Follow up on missing or incorrect tax invoices, delivery notes, and credit notes
Perform monthly supplier reconciliations and resolve queries promptly
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and assist with audit preparation
File financial documents per legal and company guidelines
Answer phones and manage reception duties professionally
Coordinate customer visits and refreshments
Monitor kitchen stock and office stationery for the finance team
Collaborate with Procurement and internal departments to maintain document flow
Skills & Experience:
3+ years in a financial or admin role (manufacturing experience beneficial)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with Pastel, SAGE or similar accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and teamwork
Qualification:
Minimum Grade 12
Certificate or Diploma in Bookkeeping/Accounting (advantageous)
