We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, have excellent communication skills, and be able to problem solve quickly and efficiently.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Processing Online Orders
- Processing & Invoicing Takealot orders
- Processing & Invoicing Enprotec orders
- Assisting walk-in customers
- Manage damages, Repairs & Laundry from stores
- Creating purchase orders
- Attending to customer emails and queries
- Attending to customer calls & Tidio assistance
- Any other admin duties as and when required
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Matric
- Driver’s license
- Data capturing
- General Administration experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail are imperative
- Highly organised and good planning skills
- Diligent, hardworking and prepared to go the extra mile
- Able to work under pressure and overtime if and when required
- This will include peak period such as the festive season, Black Friday, etc
- Neat and very well presented
