GP Realty Group (www.gprealtygroup.co.za) is looking for a motivated and articulate Value Caller to join our team. This role is more than traditional cold calling — it’s about building rapport and adding real value when contacting property owners, landlords, and buyers.
This is a remote / work‑from‑home role and is strictly commission based.

Proven cold calling experience

Must speak and articulate well in English

Sharp, focused, professional and resilient

Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills

Strong admin skills to update CRM systems and call notes accurately

Must have your own phone and laptop to work remotely

Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently to meet targets Role description / responsibilities:

Call property owners, landlords and potential buyers daily to introduce our services and generate qualified leads

Build quick rapport, communicate professionally and highlight the value GP Realty Group offers

Record detailed call notes and schedule follow‑ups in CRM

Pass warm leads to our rental and sales agents

Maintain daily call volume and achieve lead targets

Adapt scripts and approaches to improve success rates
