Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling predominantly flexible packaging solutions, maintaining existing customer relationships, and developing new business. The role requires a results-driven professional who meets sales targets and contributes to company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Develop new business opportunities and prospect potential clients. Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers Maintain and report sales data using company-provided tools. Research industry trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies. Work collaboratively with internal teams for customer support and sales execution. Provide detailed sales reports and updates to management.Qualifications:
35 years of sales experience in flexible packaging or a related industry. Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and results-driven approach to sales. Own car and valid driving license. Laptop preferable Matric minimum and a relevant degree/diploma preferablePreferred Skills:
Industry-specific training or certifications. Experience using CRM and accounting software (e.g., SAGE). Ability to analyze customer data and market trends.
