Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing key retail accounts while actively identifying and securing new retail opportunities.
- Present product ranges and manage seasonal assortments across various retail partners.
- Work closely with product development and buying teams to align merchandise planning with market needs.
- Monitor retail trends and performance metrics to adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Ensure budgets are met and sales targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Represent the brand at trade shows and retail meetings, both locally and internationally.
- Maintain awareness of competitors, product positioning, and industry innovations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the footwear industry (preferably in merchandising or buying.
- Proven track record of success with blue-chip retailers.
- Strong sales ability with a sharp commercial eye.
- Confident managing budgets, forecasting, and range planning.
- In-depth knowledge of product development and seasonal buying calendars.
- A relevant degree or diploma would be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally (East and West) as required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.
