Our client is seeking a professional, guest-focused Lodge Anchor to support the daily operations of their luxury 5-star game lodge. The Lodge Anchor serves as the right hand to lodge management, ensuring smooth guest experiences and effective coordination between front of house, housekeeping, kitchen, and guiding teams. Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and host guests, ensuring exceptional service throughout their stay
- Oversee daily lodge operations in collaboration with department heads
- Ensure smooth communication between guest services, kitchen, and activities teams
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and special arrangements professionally
- Support in stock control, ordering, and lodge administration
- Maintain high housekeeping and presentation standards
- Stand in for lodge management when required
- Minimum 2-3 years lodge experience in a guest-facing role
- Strong hosting and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Well-presented, confident, and service-oriented
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office; Lodge software beneficial)
- Team player with attention to detail
- Driver’s license and own transport preferred
