Description:
The Workshop Administrator is responsible for providing efficient and professional administrative support to the branch and workshop teams. This includes handling customer interactions, processing documentation accurately, and managing payments and reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily administrative tasks for the branch and support customer service activities.
Manage payments, balance floats, and prepare daily banking accurately.
Process and manage quotes, invoices, job cards, and compliance certificates.
Assist walk-in clients and handle incoming calls professionally.
Direct customer complaints to the relevant department and follow up as needed.
Process purchase orders, spare parts transfers, and maintain stock-related documentation.
Ensure all admin functions are completed in line with company processes and deadlines.
Support internal teams with general office duties as required.
Requirements:
Key Requirements:Experience:
3–5 years’ experience in workshop administration (essential)
Experience as a cashier (advantageous)
Exposure to SAP software (advantageous)
Some experience with switchboard operation (advantageous)
Education:
Matric (Grade 12) is a minimum requirement

Computer literate – proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
