Description:
Minimum requirements:Matric Tertiary qualification would be beneficial At least 3 years of experience in a similar finance/admin support or discounting role Experience with leasing/finance documentation (preferably in the office automation or IT sector) Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders Solid computer literacy (Excel, CRM systems, finance portals) Accurately capture and process discounting/lease applications Ensure all required documentation is complete, compliant, and correctly signed Liaise with finance houses, internal teams, and clients to track deal progress Follow up on payments and approvals to ensure timely delivery of equipment Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all transactions Assist with reconciling payments from finance partners Conduct compliance checks and resolve queries as needed
