We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our growing construction team. This is a pivotal role supporting our project managers and site teams to ensure smooth coordination, documentation, and administrative efficiency across multiple construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Project Managers and site teams. Maintain and manage project documentation, contracts, and records. Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes. Assist with procurement processes, including orders, deliveries, and supplier coordination. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Monitor compliance with health & safety and company policies. Prepare and submit reports and project updates.Requirements:
Proven experience in construction administration or project coordination. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Relevant qualification in project administration, construction, or a related field (advantageous).What We Offer:
