One of our top clients within the mining sector are seeking highly experienced and skilled Section Manager to join their team based in Gauteng.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will meet the following minimum requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- National Diploma in Mining Engineering (Degree Advantageous).
- Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Metalliferous).
- Blasting Certificate for Underground Hard Rock Mines.
- Medical Certificate of Fitness (Underground).
Knowledge and Experience:
· Minimum 10 years’ experience in underground hard rock mining, with exposure to both conventional and trackless mining.
· At least 5 years at supervisory or section manager level, with proven success in production and team management.
· Experience in mining in-stope pillars (ISP) and isolated blocks of ground (IBG).
