The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a central role in driving digital brand presence and online engagement across multiple platforms. This includes managing social media content and strategy, visual design, performance tracking, and supporting integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a hands-on digital marketer with strong visual communication skills, creative problem-solving ability, and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute compelling, on-brand content (including video) aligned with the broader marketing strategy.

  • Manage and maintain content calendars for all social media platforms.

  • Schedule and publish regular posts to build engagement and brand visibility.

  • Monitor platform activity and respond to customer messages and comments promptly and appropriately.

Performance Analysis & Optimisation

  • Analyse performance metrics and engagement data to refine strategy and improve ROI.

  • Track and interpret trends to inform content improvements and increase follower interaction.

Design & Visual Content Creation

  • Design eye-catching graphics for social media, promotional material, and presentations.

  • Create cohesive visual assets for digital campaigns across various platforms.

  • Ensure consistency with brand identity, tone, and style guidelines.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create visuals for launches, events, and campaigns.

Marketing Support & Coordination

  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of broader marketing initiatives.

  • Support cross-functional campaigns and collaborate with other departments as needed.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance against KPIs.

Industry & Trend Monitoring

  • Stay updated on digital marketing best practices, tools, and competitor activity.

  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the digital landscape.

  • Propose new ideas to enhance brand competitiveness and reach in the online space.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role (essential).

  • Graphic design proficiency (essential).

  • Experience in paid digital advertising (advantageous).

  • Copywriting and content writing skills (advantageous).

  • Prior experience in viral or high-engagement organic social media campaigns (advantageous).
