Description:

Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary: R10,500.00 per month
  • Car Allowance: R3,000.00 per month
  • Fuel Card: For business use only (R200 monthly private use permitted)
  • Commission:
    • 4.5% on sales above R200,000
    • Paid monthly in arrears on the 15th
    • Commission guaranteed at R4,500 for the first 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of customers
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct cold calls to generate new leads
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Meet sales targets within set deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to management
  • Prepare reports on customer needs, competitive activity, and market potential
  • Stay up to date on best practices and industry promotions
  • Continuously improve performance through feedback
