Description:
A pharmacy in Northern Cape is looking for a pharmacy manager that will will be responsible for leading and coaching the team within the store to ensure they achieve excellence, provide exceptional customer care and patient safety. The individual will oversee all aspects of the pharmacy store operations, to deliver outstanding customer service, profitably and ensure that the pharmacy operates seamlessly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Retail: 5 to 6 years
- Sap: 4 to 5 years
- Stock Controller: 3 to 4 years
- Pharmacists: 3 to 4 years
- Bachelor of Pharmacy degree/ equivalent qualification.
- Registered as a pharmacist at the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
- Registered as a tutor.
- Experience in managing staff.
- Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment.
- Knowledge of Retail operations.
- Multi lingual
- Knowledge of dispensing systems and ordering systems.
- Knowledgeable with regard to pharmacy legislation.
- Knowledge of financial management principles and systems.
- Computer literacy – MS Office skills.
- Unisolv experience.
- Marconi experience (advantageous).
- Effective conflict management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-centric skills.
- Excellent organizing and planning skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
Qualifications
