Description:

Client is seeking a Sales Representative with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Retail markets, medical/pharmaceutical experience an advantage.

Duties revolve around driving revenue by selling products or services to customers. This involves a range of activities, including generating leads, building relationships, presenting products, negotiating deals, and providing customer support. They also play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, tailoring solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Building and Maintaining Relationships:

  • Developing strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and foster long-term partnerships.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

  • Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts with clients to finalize sales and achieve revenue targets.

Customer Support and Service:

  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, and reporting on key metrics to management.

Staying Updated:

  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to maintain a competitive edge.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Working closely with other departments, such as marketing and product management, to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Use CRM software to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain client records.

  • Client Integration: 4 to 5 years

Minimum requirements:

Minimum requirements:

  1. Matric
  2. 4 - 6 years experience in dealing with retail stores, pharmacies, etc - selling in products
  3. Cold calling
  4. Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills are also crucial.
  5. Experience in sales, especially in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, is advantageous
  6. CRM - advantageous
