Description:
It’s a junior position so the experience does not need to be extensive at all. Requirements:- Code 8 valid RSA driver licence
- English/Afrikaans
- Able to travel
- NO criminal record
- RSA ID ONLY
- Open to cold calling
- Door to door appointments will be needed.
- 2 years minimum in the field of sales and business generation
- Computer literate (Pastel, Xero, excel, word, outlook)
- Hydraulic experience will fast track them
- Hydraulic client data base will short list them.
- Must be a team player.
Remuneration structure
- A basic of R9k
- Comm percentage if target is met 5% on GP, comm will be on a sliding structure.
- Performance bonus paid quarterly.
- Car allowance (This allowance will include fuel) R 5000.00 This will only come into effect the 3-month probation period requirements are met, and we see targets met.
- Company cell phone.
- No pension
- No medical aid.
Termination after probation not met:
- If probation requirements are not met the employment will be terminated with immediate effect
