Requirements:
· Pastry chef Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a pastry position in the kitchen. Formal cooking/pastry degree/diploma preferable.
· Experience in a la carte and banqueting preparation in pastry.
· Previous experience with chocolate and sugar work.
· Creative individual needed with passion for pastry section.
