Customer Service Advisor
Contract Role, Project-Dependent | Office-Based | UK Hours

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls

  • Providing friendly, professional support to both customers and service providers

  • Resolving queries and issues with confidence and efficiency

  • Learning and using new software systems with ease (Zendesk knowledge is a plus!)

  • Collaborating with your team while also working independently

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service, call centre, or outbound calling role

  • High energy and the ability to handle back-to-back calls across UK daytime and night shifts

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

  • A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset

  • Fast learner, confident using tech and picking up new systems

  • Willingness to work UK hours (including evenings)
