Customer Service Advisor
Contract Role, Project-Dependent | Office-Based | UK Hours

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls

Providing friendly, professional support to both customers and service providers

Resolving queries and issues with confidence and efficiency

Learning and using new software systems with ease (Zendesk knowledge is a plus!)

Collaborating with your team while also working independently
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service, call centre, or outbound calling role
-
High energy and the ability to handle back-to-back calls across UK daytime and night shifts
-
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
-
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset

Fast learner, confident using tech and picking up new systems

Willingness to work UK hours (including evenings)
