We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Operations and Supply Chain professional to help manage our global manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and supplier relationships. Reporting to the COO, this role plays a key part in getting our products from concept to customer—efficiently and reliably.
What You’ll Do:
- Help plan and run supply chain and manufacturing strategies.
- Lead new product introductions (NPI) and support scaling up manufacturing.
- Oversee validation work on new equipment and contribute to regulatory documents.
- Work closely with suppliers to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Manage change processes (ECRs/ECNs), technical documentation, and quality compliance.
- Handle global logistics: shipping, customs, warehousing, and stock levels.
- Coordinate production, inventory, and distribution planning.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support product launches and audits.
- Support project teams and provide performance updates (KPIs).
