Description:
My client, a well established company based in Somerset West, is seeking to employ a Financial Assistant with at least 3 - 5 years experience to join and grow with the team. Requirements:- At least 3 - 5 years financial experience
- Computer literate (Pastel Essential)
- English and Xhosa communication skills
- Ability to prioritize important and urgent tasks
- Capture and reconcile cash books, petty cash, and credit card transactions
- Capture supplier invoices and handle associated filing of invoices
- Issue customer invoices and send monthly statements
- Assist with journals
- Handle various finance-related duties which are assigned
Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:45
Friday: 07:30 – 15:45
