Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Lead and develop a team of technicians, supervisors, and support staff.

Manage workflow, job scheduling, and turnaround times to meet client expectations.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Monitor KPIs and financial targets, including cost control, profitability, and resource planning.

Foster a positive team culture focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a workshop management or senior supervisory role (automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial sectors preferred).

Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.

Solid understanding of mechanical systems and workshop operations.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Financial acumen and experience with budgeting, reporting, and cost control.

A hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to high standards.
Qualifications:

Technical qualification in mechanical, automotive, or industrial engineering (preferred).
