Seeking a results-driven and self-sufficient Head of Digital Marketing to take charge of digital performance for two innovative health and wellness brands. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who’s not only strategic but also thrives on execution — particularly when it comes to paid campaigns across Meta platforms.
You’ll lead all digital initiatives in-house, from campaign development to reporting and optimisation. Working directly with the founders, you’ll shape marketing strategies aligned to business goals and translate them into high-performing, data-backed campaigns. Minimum Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Marketing
5+ years’ experience in digital marketing
Strong expertise in Meta Business Suite — must be hands-on with ad creation and optimisation
Solid experience with Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn campaigns
Advanced skills in Google Analytics, performance tracking, and conversion metrics
Working knowledge of SEO — both content-driven and technical
Analytical thinker who can work independently and deliver results in a fast-moving environment
A background in health and wellness and ecommerce will be highly beneficial
Duties and Responsibilities:
Paid Campaign Management
Build and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Take full control of campaign setup, audience targeting, split testing, and budget allocation
Monitor performance and continuously refine strategy to maximise ROI
Provide regular reporting with clear, actionable insights
Social & Content Oversight
Oversee content scheduling and rollout across brand social media channels
Align content to campaign messaging and ensure consistency across platforms
Grow community engagement and brand visibility using high-impact tactics
SEO & Website Performance
Conduct keyword research and identify areas to boost organic reach
Optimise site structure and content in collaboration with web team
Track search rankings and implement strategies to increase organic traffic
Strategic Execution
Translate business needs into tactical digital plans
Roll out and manage end-to-end campaigns without relying on external agencies
Coordinate with freelancers or partners where needed (e.g., developers, designers)
Share fresh ideas and stay ahead of digital best practices
