Are you a persuasive, target-driven sales professional with a passion for Apple products and mobile networks? iStore is looking for enthusiastic Outbound Sales Agents to join our fast-paced, high-performance team.
You’ll be selling mobile contracts across MTN, Vodacom, and Telkom – including SIM-only, handset deals, upgrades, and more – all while delivering world-class customer service.
What You’ll Do:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Match customer needs with the right deals and devices.

Manage leads, close deals, and follow through until activation.

Ensure RICA, POPIA, CPA, and compliance at every step.

Stay on top of your game with daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
MIN REQUIREMENTS:

Matric / Grade 12 (NQF 4)
-
2–4 years outbound sales experience, including cold calling.
-
Experience working in a BPO or high-performance call centre.
-
Experience in the telecoms industry is a big advantage.
-
Strong communication, resilience, and target-chasing attitude.
-
Comfort working with CRM systems and multiple screens.
