Sales Representative

Our client are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to grow their client base and build long-term relationships within the SHEQ services sector. This is a key role responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and providing market insights to support sustained growth.

💰 Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 + Commission (up to R50 000)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients within the SHEQ services sector.

  • Promote and sell a range of SHEQ services: training, consulting, auditing, and compliance.

  • Develop tailored solutions based on client needs.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and solution demonstrations.

  • Ensure an exceptional client experience through proactive service and support.

3. Market & Industry Insights

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.

  • Monitor competitors and recommend strategies to stay ahead.

4. Sales Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.

  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure effective service delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate

  • Degree or Diploma advantageous

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales environment

  • Computer literate (MS Office, CRM)

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

  • Client-focused with a consultative sales approach

Ons klient is op soek na dinamiese en resultaat-gedrewe Verkoopsverteenwoordigers om hulle kliëntebasis uit te brei en langtermynverhoudings te bou binne die SHEQ-dienssektor. Hierdie is 'n sleutelrol wat nuwe besigheid genereer, kliëntverhoudinge bestuur en insig bied in markneigings om volgehoue groei te verseker.

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:

1. Besigheidsontwikkeling & Verkope

  • Identifiseer, benader en verseker nuwe kliënte in die SHEQ-dienssektor.

  • Bevorder en verkoop ‘n reeks SHEQ-dienste: opleiding, konsultasie, ouditering en nakoming.

  • Ontwikkel oplossings op maat vir kliënte se behoeftes.

  • Bereik en oorskry maandelikse/kwartaallikse verkoopsdoelwitte.

2. Kliënteverhoudingsbestuur

  • Bou en handhaaf sterk, langtermynverhoudings met kliënte.

  • Doen gereelde kliëntebesoeke, aanbiedings en oplossingsdemonstrasies.

  • Verseker ‘n uitstekende kliënte-ervaring deur proaktiewe diens en ondersteuning.

3. Mark- & Bedryfsinsigte

  • Voer marknavorsing uit om nuwe geleenthede en neigings te identifiseer.

  • Monitor mededingers en beveel strategieë aan om voor te bly.

4. Verkoopsadministrasie & Verslagdoening

  • Hou akkurate verkoopsrekords en werk CRM-stelsels by.

  • Berei weeklikse/maandelikse verkoopsverslae en -vooruitskattings voor.

  • Werk saam met die operasionele en tegniese span vir doeltreffende dienslewering.
