A well-established luxury lodge in Magaliesburg is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to take charge of business development, client relationships, and revenue growth. This is a key role for a results-oriented individual with a background in hospitality sales and a strong network in the local and corporate markets.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales strategies to increase occupancy and event bookingsDevelop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporates, and group clientsRepresent the lodge at trade shows, networking events, and client meetingsManage all direct sales efforts and coordinate with marketing teamsPrepare monthly sales reports and track performance against targetsOversee group and event bookings, ensuring seamless coordination Requirements:- 3–5+ years of proven sales experience in hospitality, lodges, or events
