An award-winning lodge is looking for a dynamic and service-driven General Manager / Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations with precision, professionalism, and passion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury dining service, team leadership, and guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day restaurant and front-of-house operationsLead and train service staff to uphold the highest hospitality standardsEnsure seamless service delivery during breakfast, lunch, and dinnerHandle guest feedback and maintain an exceptional guest experienceWork closely with the culinary team and General ManagementManage stock, wine cellar, budgets, and ordering Requirements:- 3–5+ years in restaurant or lodge management (luxury setting preferred)
- Deep knowledge of food and wine service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and presentation
- POS and stock control experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and live on-site
- Live-in accommodation and meals
- Work cycle (e.g. 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off – to be confirmed)
